Session overview
Join Mandy for a session on how to coach others effectively for better outcomes both at home and in the workplace. As lawyers, we are trained to give advice and direct but to be an effective leader and mentor, taming the advice monster is a crucial skill.
At its very essence, coaching is believing in the capabilities of the person and the possibilities for them so that they can be the best version of themselves. It means letting go of your need for control and getting things done exactly the way you want them done - no-one wants to be a "mini-me".
